We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. If you are not 100% satisfied with your on-line purchase, within 14 days from the purchase date, you can return the items to Gibbons Company.
Simply bring it back to Gibbons Company with your receipt within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in perfect condition with all the tags still intact. We do apply returns to the tender it was purchased with.
We do not accept returns on swimwear, underwear, fragrance, skincare, cosmetics, bedding & bed basics, towels, or bath mats.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of shipping, handling, duties, tarifs or taxes. Gibbons Company does not offer pickup for returning items at this time.
